Meet & Greets During SOA
Will there be Meet & Greets with Akiane?
Yes. Akiane will be available for timed Meet & Greets during both days of SOA. These require a free timed-entry card, available first-come, first-served each morning at the SOA Check-In Table.
How do the timed-entry cards work?
Each time slot has a specific color. When your color is called, you’ll be invited to enter the Meet & Greet line. Arrive early—spots are limited and fill quickly.
What happens if I miss my time?
Guests who miss their assigned time may not be able to reschedule due to capacity limits. Please plan accordingly.
Do I need a card to see Akiane’s art?
No. Akiane’s exhibition is open to all registered guests, but it does require a separate timed-entry reservation, which you’ll access via a link in your SOA confirmation email.
Will there be Meet & Greets with other artists?
Yes. Other featured artists, speakers, and performers will participate in open Meet & Greets after their presentations. These do not require a timed-entry card.
Check the schedule or visit the Info Table to see when and where these sessions are happening.
