Zoe Lilly began her artistic journey after studying other academic fields abroad and exploring parts of the world. Her artistic journey began at the age of 22, when she enrolled at Centro Universitário Belas Artes in São Paulo, Brazil. Although she was encouraged to pursue a career in music, Zoe chose to follow her passion for the visual arts, challenging conventions and forging her own path. Her experience as an interior designer contributed significantly to her drawing skills, broadening her artistic techniques and perspectives.

In 2008, Zoe completed her bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts and was recognized for her academic excellence when she was selected for that year’s Best Visual Arts Students of Belas Artes exhibition.

Zoe’s work is characterized by vibrant expression and luminosity, often incorporating gold or copper leaf and graphic references. Her artistic approach explores multiple planes and layers, reflecting worlds that transcend the boundaries between dreams and reality, inviting viewers into the secret space of emotions. In addition to her artistic practice, Zoe is a psychoanalyst, and much of her current work addresses themes related to mental health, the healing of memories, and the vast universe of the unconscious.
