SAM RYAN
Be Still
2026 | Acrylic on Canvas
Painted entirely on the road, away from the studio. Different cities, different rooms. This painting became my reset in a turbulent season.
I packed my paints and one canvas and left. I stopped in Texas and painted through my own storm.
Mark 4:39
“And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.”
– MARK 4:39 (KJV)
