Bradley Rapier

Bradley Rapier is an Emmy-nominated, award-winning choreographer, keynote speaker, and author. Bradley left the pursuit of a medical career and has instead dedicated himself to over three decades of dance and production. His leadership and creative vision have guided teams and talent from Hollywood to Broadway, with credits including The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Dancing with the Stars, and more. Not only has Bradley collaborated with the Tony Award-winning directors of Broadway hits like Hamilton and Jersey Boys, but he has also created his own acclaimed Off-Broadway production, GROOVALOO.  

Bradley developed Groove Theory® as an adjunct professor at The University of Southern California. His revolutionary framework guides us into the mindset of those able to unify, lead and thrive amidst the high pressure and disruptive nature of today’s industries and the growing culture of isolation and disengagement.  His first book, Step in the Circle, is set to be released in this year.
