WELCOME
We’re so glad you’ll be joining us for Belóved Gallery’s 3rd Annual Fall Affair: A Celebration of Faith through Art.
Your Symphony of Art! registration grants access for two unforgettable days filled with art, music, film, and inspiration.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know before you arrive — plus important details for guests who have also reserved a guided tour of Akiane: The Early Years.

Symphony of Art! Check-In
Check-In Opens at 8:00 am
Check-in for Symphony of Art! will be located outside Belóved Café. Please have your Symphony of Art! confirmation QR code ready to scan for entry. Your QR code is in your Symphony of Art! confirmation email.
Once checked in, you’ll receive a wristband that provides access for both Friday and Saturday of the event. This wristband grants entry to all general admission sessions, live programs, and experiences throughout the weekend.

Arrive Early
We encourage all attendees to arrive early to allow time for parking, check-in, and seating before sessions begin. Event programming begins promptly, and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Meet & Greets
Throughout the weekend, guests will have opportunities to meet featured artists and speakers during the Symphony of Art!
AKIANE MEET & GREET
Akiane’s Meet & Greets require a free timed-entry card, available on a first-come, first-served basis each morning at the SOA Check-in Table.
OTHER ARTISTS & SPEAKERS
Guests are invited to join Meet & Greets with other featured artists and speakers, available on a first-come, first-served basis. These Meet & Greets do not require a color card for entry, but space is limited, so we encourage arriving early.

For Guests with Tour Reservations
If you reserved a guided tour of Akiane: The Early Years, please review the details below.
Tour Check-In
Tour check-in is located inside Belóved Café at the Concierge Desk. You can check in for your tour any time after completing your Symphony of Art! entry check-in.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time to ensure a smooth experience.
Tours are guided and begin promptly at the start time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated, but may join the waitlist for the next available tour.

Clear Bag Policy
To protect the integrity of the artworks on display, a clear bag policy will be strictly enforced for entry into Belóved Gallery.
Guests may bring:
One clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″, or
One clear, 1-gallon resealable plastic bag (Ziploc or similar).
Please limit the number of personal items you bring in your clear bag.
Belóved Gallery is unable to hold personal items for guests.

Things to Know
Belóved Gallery provides guided tours of our inaugural exhibition, Akiane: The Early Years. Tours last 55 minutes and are free of charge but require a reservation.
