Before creation took shape, the Spirit of God was already hovering over the waters. In the silence of what seemed empty, purpose already dwelt in the Creator’s heart. So it is with us as well: there are waters over which we cannot see anything, but where God is already present. While our eyes see emptiness, His eyes behold what is yet to be born. For before anything is revealed to our eyes, it already exists in His heart.
